Liz Scobee

Liz Scobee is a Community Manager at Rebees, bringing a richly layered hospitality background to the team as she prepares for the opening of Henderson East. Before joining Rebees, she built a career defined by craft and community: opening Uchi Dallas and Uchiba, coordinating projects across the hospitality industry, and co-owning a sustainable sushi concept in New York City, before launching Dallas' first in-home private omakase dinner business. She brings that same warmth and attention to detail to her work at Rebees, where she's focused on learning every operational thread of the platform ahead of Henderson East's debut. Liz grew up in Longview, Texas and has lived in Austin and New York City before planting roots in Dallas, where she has been for the past 18 years. At home, she tends an ever-growing collection of tropical houseplants, watches birds from her backyard, and spends time with her husband Yoni and their dog June.
