Anthony Blunsen is the General Manager of Rice Village, leading operations for one of Houston’s most beloved mixed-use destinations. After rising through the organization from Senior Operations Manager, he brings a hands-on approach to capital planning, financial performance, and the day-to-day activation of the 22-acre property. His career includes leadership roles with Kimco Realty and Weingarten Realty, as well as serving as Director of the Westchase District, where he worked closely with tenants, partners, and the surrounding community to support growth and placemaking initiatives.

Outside of work, Anthony is a proud girl dad who enjoys staying active, playing sports, working out, sneaking in a round of golf, tackling woodworking projects, and spending time with friends and family.
